CPS CASE PACKING SYSTEMS
The height and width adjustments for the cases are menu controlled.
The machine is a very solid stainless steel construction.The vibrating frequency is adjustable by means of two eccentric shafts with balance weights. The vibrating power is adjustable through a frequency-adjustment device.
The frequencies for the different products are menu stored. The tape unit can be changed within seconds thanks to a unique quick-change system.
The hot melt system can be selected in accordance with client's requirements. Equipped with central adjustment and P.E.C. control. The machine is equipped with a continuing case transport and case close control system.
All settings (width, height) are menu controlled. As option we can offer an integrated second tapehead that is automatically activated when the tape in the first tapehead is broken. This machine is also a very good option for stand-alone packaging solutions.This will reduce your storage and shipping volumes significantly. Capacity: up to 20 cases per minute.
