CPS CASE PACKING SYSTEMS
The infeed conveyor belt is equipped with sideways moving pusher plates or vertical belts which lift the sleeves of the bags slightly. After that a retract conveyor which is fitted underneath ensures the perfect positioning of the bags into the stand by cassette chamber.
In the cassette of the CL 64 the bag formation is placed on two Intralox belt sections which are moveable sideways.
The cassette with closed belt sections moves down into the container. On arrival at the deposit position, the belt sections are withdrawn sideways thus creating the opening for the bag formation to be laid down.
The CL 64 system is equipped with a crate exchange unit.
During filling the crates are shaken as per menu so as to achieve the best possible filling degree.
The CL 64 is completely menu controlled for instant and easy setting of all pre-programmed bag and container sizes and packing patterns. The unit can handle up to 80 bags a minute.
The unit fits perfectly in various line configurations with bag makers of different make.
The machine is made from stainless steel and aluminium, with all settings controlled through a TFT touch screen interface in colour and an integrated PC with modem for on line communication.
