CPS CASE PACKING SYSTEMS
What does it do?
After the infeed, the bags can be collected, and are then moved to the bomb doors. the standard compression plate closes, to make sure the package fits in the case. Then the bombdoors open, and the products drop in the case. The case vibrates to devide the products well in the case, and then the case exits the machine.
This machine is built in a similar frame as the CP201, so it can be placed in line with the same components, e.g. bag turning device, rumble roller section, retract reject system, case sealer, etc
