This TQ model counting machine is fully constructed out of stainless steel and specially developed for operating just below 0°C in order to prevent frozen foods from getting defrosted. Processing unwrapped foods -especially frozen foods like for instance chicken wings, bread-crumbed snacks or parbaked breads- requires a very strict hygienical approach on the total design. In stead of continuallydisassembling the entire system and cleaning each and every individual contact part, the entire system can be rinsed with water or even washed down with a high-pressure jet.
Although hygienics has a leading roll in the design of frozen and snack food counting and packaging systems, this does not mean that speed and accuracy are lost out of sight. This particular system has an average output of no less than 30 cartons per minute on a count of 30 products per carton.
