Automatic cleaning device for air caps on robot mounted spray guns.
Ideal solution for cleaning without production losses. Waste material from flushing and colour change can be collected via a dump line or the optional pump unit.
The CAP works with 4 high impact nozzles to maximize the cleaning effect with a minimum usage of cleaning agent/solvent in a short time.
Drying air is supplied via a circular nozzle ring.
Works with low pressure guns and air assist spray guns.
Can be mounted in a fix position, or on line tracked robots.
Suitable for all types of paints and solvents.
Atex approved for Ex environments.
