Automatic spray gun for fixed and robot/reciprocator installations

External design for easy cleaning and unchanged TCP when changing from other brands of guns. Gun body, cylinder housing and cylinder cap made in high grade stainless steel for extended life time.

Internal designs for retention free inter face to gun adapters and fluid nozzle. This reduced the time for cleaning and colour change. Very low usage of cleaning agents/solvents needed per cleaning compared with other brands.

Indexed air cap positions for high repeatability and accuracy.

Suitable for all types of paint materials, from water based to solvent and UV materials.

CLA 80 is able to handle very small paint flows when used in combination the Crescocito Pressure Regulator, CPR 08.
