The V5 Sealed is the latest addition to Crouzet's sealed microswitch range. It offers the same degree of technical innovation and adaptability as the existing ranges.
Its compact dimensions, combined with an IP 67 level of protection, make it an ideal component for industrial applications that require ease of integration and safety in damp conditions. With minimum overtravel of 2 mm and multidirectional actuation up to 45°, the V5 Sealed microswitch's high performance levels make it possible to reduce development costs, thanks to its technical flexibility. Its front-end mechanical life of 1 million cycles ensures reliability.
In order to guarantee the signal for self-check functions, the V5 Sealed can integrate surface mounted components between the terminals within the same footprint, thus avoiding the need to develop a separate printed circuit. The modularity of the V5 Sealed switch allows a wide choice of catalogue configurations: lead outputs or tag terminals, positioning of fixing pins and fixing plate.
Like the rest of the microswitch range, the V5 Sealed switch can be adapted to your applications by adding special connections and outputs, as well as customised suppliers of actuators.
