General principle:
1. To place a volume or equipment to be tested on the revolving plate
2. To envisage or not a power supply (depends on the standards)
3. To launch the test
- IPX1, IPX2 to put under operation the producing device of the drops of rain gauged over a time given on the sample in test placed on a revolving plate for IPX2
- IPX3, IPX4 to put under operation an oscillating tube (jetting angle in accordance with standard) carrying out water projections by tubes gauged over a time with a water flow given on the sample in test placed on a revolving plate
