Our bucket elevators are equipped with:
- one or more load points with perfect perimeter sealing (object of the Cusinato Company patent) at any point of the horizontal section;
- different types of unloading: single (fixed unloading) or multiple (more than one electro-pneumatic unloading);
- safe, reliable and complete unloading thanks to the rotation of the bucket at 360 ° with a very low impact and mechanical wear and tear;
- buckets available in several versions and transport capacities,manufactured in materials compatible with the food products;
- chain support and guide system, manufactured in synthetic material with a very low coefficient of friction mounted on special anodized extruded aluminium sections;
- drip-free gutters in all the horizontal sections to prevent loss of lubricant
- minimum maintenance and long lasting.
