Data-logger printer CUSTOM

Thermal panel printer that satisfy a Community Directive (legislative decree dated 26/5/97 n°155 ART 3 HACCP) which provides guidelines to operators and carriers relative to perishable foodstuffs; all those handling foodstuffs are required to certify (and printout), by means of an instrumental checking procedure, that the food storing temperature has, in fact, been mantained within acceptable limits.
Two probes PT1000 or PT100 allow the temperature data detecting so that they can be printed out.
