The Nano-LC Autosampler is an indispensable tool for automated and accurate injections for mixing of complex pre-column derivatizations, for dilutions, for pH changes, etc. The programing capability of the autosampler allows for instance, the mixture of two-phase samples using its embeded technology of accurate sampling heights. Moreover, the Nano-LC autosampler has been designed to further allow additional solvent selection using an extra switching valve. It can further be combined with the Mistral Column Oven for advanced column temperature control using peltier cooling and heating.
In addition, the autosampler has several time-programmable outputs to allow the user to communicate with any HPLC companions. It also has a MS-Windows based program (SparkLink) to further assist the user to program and control the functions of the autosampler through the easy to use software.
