The HPLC-system ATIMA is the base version of a fully automated, high performance liquid chromatography system. Each single module ( autosampler, pump, detector ) is controlled by the CHROMuLAN software. The system consists of:

1. an autosampler
2. an ternary HPLC pump
3. a on-line degasser
4. a column oven
5. a variable wavelength detector

Each of these modules can also be used separately according to user¡¦s demands. .
Fields of application: medicine, hygiene, ecology, agriculture and food industry, production of pure substances, drugs and biotechnologies.

This programmed pump is proposed for analytical and semi-preparative HPLC. Original design with "floating" pistons enables precise delivery of solvents and buffer solution both at low and high pressure.

Ternary gradient is realized by the means of one High Pressure Pump and three solenoids valves connected to the low pressure side.

Display and keyboard provide user comfort for both, manual and automatic operation. Besides the time controlling of flow rate and gradient pattern, the program can also control additional instrument (autosampler, second pump, etc.).
