This QuickInstall piezoelectric drive is one of a series of precision actuators that are easy to install and remove without tools. A captive retaining ring and a precision mounting surface allow the drive to be secured to mating interfaces such as those on the 17 MAX 300 and 600 flexure stages. This drive is unique because of its ability to have any of the QuickInstall drives coupled into its back end to provide 8 mm of additional coarse travel. These drives are available with (closed loop) and without (open loop) a feedback sensor. Use the 17 BPC-series of piezoelectric controllers with these actuators.

* 20 μm of travel
* Closed loop resolution 5 nm over 20 μm travel
* Interchangeable with QuickInstall thumbscrew, differential, and stepper-motor actuators
* Up to 8 mm of travel when combined with other QuickInstall manual or motorized drives
