OTRS rigid supports for optical tabletops are sufficient in many environments and applications that do not warrant vibration isolation. For example, experiments with short measurement-integration time and high-quality kinematic optical mounts may benefit from the high load capacity, no-maintenance, manual leveling adjustment and low cost.
Note: calculation of load must include weight of the tabletop, optical system on the tabletop, and occasional loads, such as tools. Load capacity is specified for four supports with central or evenly distributed load. If load is near a corner, the load must not weigh in excess of 25% of the load capacity specification.
