Gigabit Ethernet converter XM-SW2STM1

XM-SW2STM1 performs link aggregation, grooming and switching of Ethernet Ethernt traffics over 63x E1 / 2 Mbps trunks of 2x STM-1 network accesses to two Gigabit Ethernet up-link ports. Its STM-1 interfaces run as Terminal or Add-Drop Multiplexer mode. XM-SW2STM1 bring high speed point to point connection, or it can groom and concentrate traffics from multiple remote sites with aggregation groups of 1, 4, 8 ou 16x E1 trunks. XM-SW2STM1 carries Ethernet over STM-1 and multiple E1 througha layer 2 adaptation and aggregation layer with HDLC, PPP-BCP or GFP/VCAT protocoles. It delivers two Gigabit Ethernet up-link ports and supports VLAN, Provider Bridge (Q-in-Q), STP/RSTP and IGMP-snooping functions.
