Multiple Echo Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The mini ROV mountable thickness gauge has been specifically designed to be mounted onto small inspection ROVs with or without a manipulator facility. Designed in conjunction with VideoRay, the gauge will allow the operator to carry out thickness measurements in areas that have previously been unfeasible using large ROVs or divers, such as inside pipelines.
The unit is pressure tested to 500 m. Dedicated software displays the time, date and thickness measurements on the surface and all of these can be stored.

Optional dedicated probe holder to allow measurements on
curved or flat surfaces
Small, lightweight and easy to install
Only one twisted pair is required to transfer the data to the surface
Power supply taken locally from the ROV
The probe does not need to touch the surface under test, as measurements can be taken through 5 mm of water
Readings are not influenced by the probe orientation
Dedicated software for displaying the measured results, storing the measurements and setting the calibration of the gauge
