The gluing machine CT 103 SD closes folding cartons of the same size on the bottom and top in one work cycle with side drive.
The folding cartons are manually fed.
The conversion for different carton sizes is simple per high-speed adjustment device of the side belts and the head height adjustment.
Both wide conveyor belts are driven by two motors.
The gluing machine is equipped with either gluing head T50 (up to 50 mm strip width) or gluing head T75 (up to 75 mm roller width).
CT 105 SDR
The gluing machine CT 105 SDR pneumatically closes folding cartons of the different sizes on the bottom and top in one work cycle with side drive.
The folding cartons are manually fed.
The cartons are automatically adapted with an adjustable surface pressure per pneumatic cylinder. This gluing machine has been constructed for strap width of 50 - 75 mm.
