Rising generation of head to mill CNC CyTec was developed with the new technology of direct drive. This concept allows machining in only one tightening with high dynamic displacements and the constant dialog which characterizes the linear fast axes, so much for the positioning of axes than for simultaneous milling in 5 axes.

The concept of the head is defined to cover the whole of the needs in manufacture for tooling and of the moulds. The design of coupling in direct drive initially takes account of the cutting speed. With accelerations until 360°, the number of revolutions up to 100 tr/min. and the connection with fast linear axes, real work in 5 axes is carried out with an ideal angular positioning between the machined surface and tool centers it.
