MHD' is a high precision modular system for every operation of boring, milling, drilling and tapping.
Rigidity and concentricity, precision and flexibility
are guaranteed by the coupling system, eight available sizes, by the interchangeability of all the components and by the sensitivity adjustment of the finishing Testarossa heads (2µm).
MHD’ modular system includes:
arbors in accordance with DIN- ISO- HSK- BT standards extensions and reducers adaptors: Weldon/Whistle-Notch holders, milling cutter holders, tapping chucks, morse taper holders, coolant chucking tools and semifinished toolholders for special applications.
Roughing double-bit boring bars heads provide a working range between 18 and 800 mm diameter.
Finishing TRM Testarossa heads and micrometric boring bars for bores of 2.5 to 800 mm diameter.
Balanceable TRM heads and balancing rings for high speed machining up to 20,000 rpm.
