Hardback has a stiffer backing material with added beam strength which promotes straighter cutting and resists swaging and scoring of the band. Available in widths from 6mm to 32mm.

Friction bandsaw is manufactured from a high silicon alloy used in high speed friction cutting applications to cut ferrous and difficult to cut materials under 25mm. Available in widths from 20mm to 25mm.
