Rolling shutter box profiles: Dallan flexible rollformers for all box sizes. The profile for the rolling shutter box is an extremely technical profile, and allows access to the space where the shutter roller is placed. Nowadays the market demands not only excellent operation from this part but they must also be aesthetically perfect. The rolling shutter box exists in various sizes, depending on the roller diameter and can have various shapes: bent at 90°, at 45°, round and half round. With the DALLAN DUPLEX D73 system, rolling shutter boxes of different widths can be manufactured on the same machine by simply increasing the distance between the toolheads with which the edges of the coil are formed to make the connecting edges. The forming is then completed with automatic bending and straightening machines – also supplied by Dallan – to obtain the finished product ready for installation.
