Manipulator Parter column mounted version, equipped with a gripping device with jaws designed to grip reel-carrier shafts on their terminal part. The tooling allows to grip the shaft and insert it into the inside core of the reel. Hundreds of Dalmec manipulators are used for handling reels in the leading industries all over the world. We equip our manipulators with different types of gripping devices able to lift, rotate, tilt reels of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg. Functional analysis, design, study of the different technical solutions available, simulations and prototypes creation are all phases in the production process that DALMEC carries out in close partnership with the client, with continuous controls and reviews during project development.
