The welded metal bellows has excellent resistance to pressure, tempera-
ture and corrosion etc. It can be widely used in the special equipments for
aerospace, nuclear, vacuum and high or low temperature with very high
reliability.
→ DESIGN FEATURES:
Varieties of bellows shape design: Typical double "s" bellows shape
design is adopted by DB and DM and stress distribution design in the inner
diameter on the welding bead is adopted by DC and DH.
- More material can be selected: Meet the different needs of working
conditions.
- More bellows sheet
thickness can be selected: More bellows sheet thickness at the single
or double layers can be supplied, for example 0.12mm、0.15mm、
0.18mm etc.
- Abroad application ranges: used in joint welded metal bellows and
bellows mechanical seals.
OPERATING CONDITIONS:
Temperature: -200℃~450℃ or according to material performance.
Pressure: vacuum ~ 7.0Mpa.
Axial compressibility: > 40%
← STATIONARY RING:
DB series 10~450mm；DM series 30~165mm，DC series 20~105mm；
DH series 8~180mm (metric) or 0.3″~7 (inch). Super large dimensions
can be made specially on request.
