Description

Perfectly suited to products with a regular granulometry such as metal offcuts, single-acting balers are also widely used for household packages in waste sorting plants and the food industry. DANIELI HENSCHEL offers a range of three models, to bale up to 800 kg/h of aluminium or 2 t/h of steel or copper. PSC presses from the DANIELI HENSCHEL range are horizontal single-acting machines with an automatic operating cycle and continuous feed. They are durable machines with special wear-protection features and different drive systems according to the products to be processed. They can be used indoor and outdoor. Because the motor, the hydraulic unit, the electrical cabinet, and the control console are all installed on the frame, this is a particularly compact press. No special civil engineering work is required to install these presses. The size of the bales obtained complies with the standards for steelworks and foundries. In certain situations, for low-density sources such as cans obtained from the sorting of recycled waste, it is preferable to move the press between sites. Our PSC 430 model on Ampliroll cradle is perfect for this case: it is equipped with a loading hopper and a conveyor to offload the bales directly into a bucket.
