The Danobat TT machine ranges have been designed to create new high standards of OCTG pipe end machining, offering a tailor-made soloution.
-The head structure, with integrated gearbox into the headstock, allowing Danobat to define the range of rpm with maximun power.
-Rollers recirculating guide system, providing high precision and rigidity for the machining process.
-Maximun accessibility to all elements likely to be changed or adjusted, thereby reducing to minimum the intervention time.
-High intrinsic and operational availability coefficients obtained.
The range is offered with 4 axis simultaneous threading, reducing cycle time. With rotating pipe and stationary tools technology as the most distinctive feature, it remains to a very rigid machine with optimal chip removal during the turning and threading operations.
Our machines are capable of machining all type of threads whether they are API, GOST or PREMIUM connections for high productivity.
The pipe machining process begins with the cutting of the ends, where we can incorporate fully automated lines with Danobat CP sawing machines that can move along a slide in order to adjust pipe length according to our customers specifications.
Danobat has a wide experience in pipe handling equipment, and together with the threading lathe we can also offer a pipe feeding system; providing a turnkey product with a guaranteed productivity.
