NVS9000™ has been specifically designed to dramatically improve the overall system throughput in large couriers and postal distribution centres.NVS9000™ provides the simplest integration, the easiest installation and highest industrial reliability for a very low total cost of ownership.
NVS9000™ provides high quality image detection with extended depth of field on large conveyors up to 1400 mm (55”). Outstanding dynamic performance, up to 4.8 m/s, combined with a new high speed autofocus system, guarantees excellent reading capabilities on high speed conveyors.
NVS9000™ can be easily mechanically integrated thanks to its patented pulsed lighting feature that dramatically reduces the overall system dimensions. The NVS9000™ can be combined with dimensioning and scale systems for revenue recovery applications and it’s ready to be integrated with OCR and Videocoding sw for improved overall reading capability.
A single installer can complete the system mounting and setup in just a few hours due to a unique point of configuration, a simple step by step procedure and the product’s lightweight.
A plug and play concept has been introduced for every replaceable part to reduce the MTTR to a few minutes. Preventive maintenance is also easily improved by the Datalogic WebSentinel™ supervisor sw that provides diagnostics, statistics and email alerts activation anywhere and anytime.
The rugged metal construction, IP65 protection and max operative temperature of 50°C make NVS9000™ the ideal solution even in harsh environments. The simplified mechanics of the new autofocus, a solid state integrated decoder, and an active filter-free backup fan increase the overall system reliability.
