The modular transfers in the DOLOMIA series are the best compromise between good system flexibility and low economic investment in the installation. The series has modular workstations, with two-axis electrical units (conveyance and rotation) which may be installed horizontally, vertically or in a combination of the two. The position of the unit can be adjusted manually using a manoeuvring wheel with graduated indicator; where necessary, this is replaced by electrical regulation with position control. The high level of standardisation of the series enables complete interchangeability of the modules between the various workstations, possibly with later addition of a fourth axis (rotation of the piece-holding platform) on each of the stations. Available with optional robotized piece load/unload with pallet storage or conveyor belt and special vision system.
