The basic system consists of a precision linear conveyor at a variable module length ranging from 1000 to 5000 mm, a series of templates are fixed on it with a part-tailored housing. Template distance varies according to the assembled size. Some component-laying manipulators, feeding units, pressing units, dosing units, testing units and moulding units may be installed before templates to split the assembly and prospective control processes into separate basic steps to be carried out without an operator. All components are automatically fed into the system by rotating vibratory feeders, conveyor belts for blister-supplied components and specific stores for feeding unsuitable parts.
