This system ensures a high standard of quality for the finished product, reliability and repeatability of the control, rapid execution of the operation, thanks to the combination of an anthropomorphized robot with one or several video camera devices. Processing flaws (cracks, bulging, porosity, scoring, etc.) or assembly errors (presence of all components in the assembled piece, proper assembly) are monitored fully automatically by the system, which can be used to control the whole of the production cycle. Laser marking, integrated inside the robotized cell, completes the finished product.
