The basic model consists of a revolving table powered by a mechanic cam-intermitter in the cheaper version and a Torque motor in the more flexible model. The former has a number of sections varying from 4 to 12. Table diameter increases to fit pick & place manipulators leaving enough room to allow maintenance and table setting up. The latter has an unlimited number of sections thanks to the Torque motor flexibility. This allows using the system for different assembly solutions by simply installing a set of different templates on the revolving table and PLC programming of the number of table sections.

To set up the assembly plant you just need to adjust catch and feeding devices to your components. Parts are handled by standard pneumatic manipulators featuring high quality components to ensure plant reliability and durability. All components are automatically fed by rotating vibratory feeders fitted with load carts to achieve the longest possible production.
