DEBUS industrial vacuum cleaners are distinguished by the following features:
- Robust construction for many years of active use (e.g. plastic coated steel, stainless steel)
- Integral multi-stage fan with vee-belt drive or maintenance-free by-pass compressor equipped with motors ranging from 1.5 kW up to 25 kW output.
- Almost unlimited applications in all areas of industry.
- Six different types of filter can be supplied to meet the requirements raised by the dusts and powders to be removed. The filters also comply with DIN EN 60335-2-69 Appendix AA and come complete with a BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit – Professional Institute for industrial Safety) test certificate.
- When fitted with a floatation device they can be used for the suction of liquids ranging, for example, from water to sludges.
- As an optional extra, all machines can be supplied with explosion protection complying with the current ATEX regulations.
- The equipment is emptied using a detachable collector, a silo valve or directly into the customer’s own refuse containers.
- Moveable and stationary versions can be supplied.
