Bag dump station DEC

DEC Isocharge is a remarkable device for quick, multiple bag emptying. The device is perfectly capable of handling toxic materials, lump powders and sticky materials. Its high containment rating is less than 1μg/m³. It acts as a stand-alone unit. Is also a cost-effective, mobile unit. The PTS Powder Transfer System* makes the unit a cost-effective method of dispensing and charging bags into reactors. Device combines the features of isolation technology and laminar flow technique and delivers high containment of less than 1μg/m³ per 8 h TWA. As the station's chamber is on the side, there is easy bag introduction. A simple door that will be closed to prevent splashes during WIP. The PTS Powder Transfer System* allows for the passing of WIP fluids, drained from the chamber and also for the cleaning of transfer hose and the PTS. PTS transfers the content in the loaded hopper into the reactor.
