Description
DecTechnology presents MicroPTS for volumetric dosing of small powder quantities. It provides dosing in the range of 1mg to 100g. Dosage can be adjusted during the process. Using vacuum action, the product is filled in a calibrated chamber of changeable volume. Emptying of the product is done either mechanically through a piston or by application of pressure. It uses a unique filtration mechanism. It can be cleaned easily with the CIP method.
The MicroPTS uses PTS technology. It allows accurate dosing of small amounts of powder (1 mg) within a second. It provides up to 1% of accuracy. Also, high accuracy is provided even with changes in bulk density. Its performance is consistent. This is because of pre-compaction of powder in the chamber through the vacuum effect. The system is quite compact and does not need tools for dismantling. MicroPTS can be easily integrated into existing filling systems.
