The DIASTEP is a device compatible with all the grinding machines of SYNTHESIS AUTO range, with a big programmable display and with a control for the motorized linear dresser of the grinding wheel controllable by the electric cabinet.
The DIASTEP unit controls all machine functions, allows to visualize the axes and to program an automatic grinding cycle by means of a guided menu, making easy the task of the operator who, thanks to the flexibility of the control, can change the inserted parameters without stopping the cycle. For the different working types (continuous, impulse or plunge grinding) the cycle is composed by the following steps: roughing, finishing, spark out, automatic wheel dressing with compensation, disengagement of the axes at the end of the cycle. A rich self-diagnostics allows the control and the visualization of possible anomalies by means of alarm messages and to work even in absence of the operator. Cutting speed constant in function of wheel diameter (with the accessory A/20).
The grinders fitted with this device, have a new design special protection with sliding doors with a wide window to allow a good operative-view and interlocking system to work with the maximum safety condition.
