Electric screwdriver with shut-off clutch
0.3 - 5 Nm | MINIMAT®-ED
DEPRAG SCHULZ GMBH u. CO.
The handy all-rounder can be adapted, quickly and easily, to fit each new screw assembly requirement.
The innovative MINIMAT-ED screwdriver is especially well suited for workstations with ever-changing tightening parameters. Its use in the controller- and switchboard construction is just as feasible as in an industrial recycling facility, in the mass-production assembly as well as in repair operations.
The torque required for the screwdriving process is adjusted directly on the screwdriver. A quick look to the digital display on the screwdriver is enough to verify the selected setting and the assembly can begin by activating either the trigger-start or the push-to-start. When the torque is reached, the screwdriver shuts off reliably and accurately with the help of an electro-magnetic clutch.
The ergonomically formed MINIMAT-ED features an attractive cost and requires only little space due to the integrated controller, which makes this tool truly economical.
The inadvertent changing of parameters is avoided by password protection. An integrated diagnostics function and the screwdriver results are indicated by LED-lights (red/green), which again fulfills the optimum of a process reliability.
The rotational direction can be set by the push of a button and is verified by an animated display that is located directly on the screwdriver.
