Desert Aire's TotalAire™ and VerticalAire™ Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) come standard with our CM3500 Series Controller to offer greater compatibility with building maintenance systems (BMS). Equipped with the CM3500 controller, you will have year round temperature and humidity control. Plus, our DOAS dehumidifiers can be integrated into a wide range of communications platforms employing LONWORKS®, BACnet™ Ethernet™ , BACnet™ MS/TP or Modbus®.
