QJB Submersible mixer is designed to applicate widely in waste water treatment, especially for mixing, sludge digestive, tank, suspend solids decrease, circulation etc. It can operate smoothly in the conditions as following:
1. Max medium temperature ≤40℃
2. Acid value PH= 5~9
3. Medium density ≤ 1150kg/m3
4. Max submerged depth is no more than 20 m while long time operation.
QJB has 3 kinds of constructions: Cast iron motor, Stainless steel motor & Slow-speed propeller.
Features:
Compact reliable mixer has excellent impeller and seal design.
It has water-pressure cable inlet with strain relief and anti-kick protection, fully prevent from water into chamber.
Double mechanical seal used, gives good seal capability against motor. And we have Tungsten carbide & Silicon carbide material for option.
Motor is squirrel cage, IP68, F class insulation.
Impeller is stainless steel material for cast iron & stainless steel motor. And polyurethane for slow-speed propeller with good fluid design. It can operate with low power consumption, high efficiency.
