XRA series high-resistivity diodes are optimized for ionizing radiation detection and measurement applications. These diodes are characterized by an excellent response to weakly penetrating radiation achieved by the use of high-purity starting material and special ultra-clean manufacturing process. Ultra-thin radiation entrance window provides optimized response to low-energy X-rays and heavy charged particles.

XRB series high-resistivity diodes are optimized for ionizing radiation detection. Excellent performance is based on the use of a high-resistivity silicon starting material and a high-purity manufacturing process. High radiation tolerance and depressed light sensitivity are achieved by the use of a specially developed radiation entrance window processing.
