1. An X-Scan detector module unit.
The detector module unit consists of a metal enclosure with user-mountable mounting brackets. The detector module unit contains:

1) An x-ray entrance window.
The x-ray sensitive elements, pixels, are under the entrance window. The position of the first pixel is marked on the top of the detector with an arrow label.

2) A connector panel.
The connector panel contains three connectors: one for data output, one for control and one for power and trigger. The user can select the position of the connector panel from the three options:
Connector panel at end of the module
Connector panel at side of the module
Connector panel at the bottom of the module. This option is not available for the detector modules having the '307' enclosure.
