The DiBO JMB-M trailer, is an industrial high pressure washer on trailer, available in various engine/pump combinations, however all of them with a water cooled industrial diesel engine and intercooling system. This system uses the existing feed water from the built-in 500 litre water tank to cool off the engine. As a consequence, the water from the tank will be preheated, resulting in an energy saving of as much as 15% on the boilers fuel. Add to this the 18% fuel saving of the GreenBoiler, which self-evidently will be used also in these trailers in order to warm up the water, and you simply get an overall fuel saving of as much as 33%. Apart from the intercooling there is also an extra air cooling for the engine compartment, which, in combination with the intercooling, takes care of the perfect cooling of the engine under all weather conditions. In a standard way the DiBO JMB-M trailer is equipped with: an built-in water tank of as much as 500 l 85 l diesel tank, a washable water filter 2 hose reels, one with a 25m supply hose and one a 40m high pressure hose With this model JMB-M 500/30 DiBO continued her mission Clean Green... reducing the consumption of fuel, by inventing a start-stop system on the unit. When you stop cleaning, the motor will go back to idling speed and after a minute the motor will shut down. When restarting the cleaning activity the motor will start automatic and return to the desired speed a pressure.
