We use a maximum of 2/3 the allowed DIN tolerance when manu- facturing our tools. Balancing: We manufacture all of our toolholders to operate at high speeds. Before hardening, all toolholders are rough bal- anced for speeds of up to 8.000 rpm by the addition of flats or cut-outs. Toolholders operated at over 8.000 rpm are finebalanced to G6,3 / G2,5 . We will supply the end user with a balancing protocol on request. We use state of the art balancing equipment and manufacture our own balancing masters.
