Mounting and dismounting tool for chucks
Diebold
In either the vertical or horizontal position the toolholders are clamped in a slotted cylindrical sleeve at their outer diameter. All taper forms and sizes HSK 32, 40, 50 and 63 can be clamped by changing the slotted sleeve.
Vertical Tool Position: In the vertical position the keyways in the taper and the drive keys in the sleeve hold the tool securely in position. Horizontal Tool Position: The cam arm holds the taper flange securely in the taper sleeve. The drive keys at the end of the tool taper hold securely against rotational force.
All Diebold Assembly Blocks afford easy access to the back-end of the toolholder to mount coolant tubes, length setting bolts or retention knobs.
