DIMECO offers a comprehensive range of uncoilers for coils from 50Kg to 25 tons, up to 2000mm wide.DIMECO uncoilers can afford 1,2 or even 4 coils. They are equipped with a pneumatic brake or driven.
Gifted with a particularly robust design, our machines are manufactured in mass production and can be fitted with a number of accessories, which improve stamping line productivity and enhance personnel safety (pressure arm, lateral guides...).
Our coil-car range from 1 to 25 tons makes coil handling easier.DIMECO uncoilers own dedicated features to process HLSA steels or delicate material (pre-coated, copper, mirror finished aluminium...)
The « PITSTOP » configuration allows automatic strip feeding and recoiling and offers an automatic line parameters adjustment when selecting a new job in the press terminal.
Our machines can uncoil from top or bottom, clockwise or anticlockwise and even without loop.
When combined with a DIMECO roll feeder, DIMECO uncoiler speed is automatically tuned to the press rate and to the feeder output.
