DIMECO offers its renowned coil feeding standardized machines range to steel service centres and manufacturers who process stock from blanks.
DIMECO cut-to-length lines show an outstanding price for value.Cutting line design is optimum for coils up to 25 tons. Strip from 0,3mm to 6 mm thickness is uncoiled at a speed up to 120m/mn, which is compatible with a stopping shear.
Uncoiler, straightener, NC roll feeder (or combined NC straightener-feeder), shear (mechanical or hydraulic) are selected according to processed material: steel, stainless steel, pre-coated, aluminium, copper...).
Plastic or paper strip removal or application can be integrated in the line.
The use of a comprehensive electronic package (sensors, motors, controls) provided by the same supplier selected among worldwide leading O.E.M. provides outstanding positioning accuracy and reliability (+/- 0,05mm).
