PRODUCTIVITY AND SAFETY:
The sheet blanks or bands piled up tend to adhere the ones aus others, causing waste of time during their gripping.
The separators allow them "to float". Their gripping is very easy, moreover one eliminates the risks from simultaneous sending of two blanks under the cutting tool.
PRINCIPLE:
The sheets are locally induced with the same polarity as the poles NR and S of the separator. The zones thus polarized of the same name, push back and cause the separation of sheets. The magnetic field created causes a space between the blanks. This space is increasingly important to the top of the pile.
When the operator takes the first blank, the second takes its place at the upper part of the separator.
