- Polyvalent straigthener especially adapted for wide and middle thick metal strips. It ensure a perfect quality of straightening
- Strong welded frame
- AC motor with frequency variator for speed from 3 to 30 m/min with digital readout of the setting parameters
- All rolls are reinforced by means of back up rolls
- Life lubrication of all bearings and oil splashing of the transmission give low costs of maintenance
- A “crocodile system” ensures the head opening and gives an easy cleaning of the rolls
- Straightening rolls are hardened to 60 Rck and ground to a high grade
- Loop control is included

The 1683 straighteners are fitted with 9 straightening rolls diameter 50 mm and 2 driving rolls diameter 80 mm
