- Tiltmatic is conceived to be charged coil flat (vertical axis) directly by the forks of the lifting truck.
- The crutch of swing associated with the translation with Tiltmatic generates the rotation of a quarter of turn of the coil during the first part of the race.
- The last part of the race of Tiltmatic engages the coil on the chuck of the reel.
Performances: Taken coil by its always identical internal diameter what allows a fixed height of loading on the reel.
- REVERSIBILITY OF THE SYSTEM: an unfinished coil is given flat (vertical axis) while making the opposite way.
Simplicity: Only one travel engine allows the swing of the coil and its engagement on the chuck.
Note: engagement on the chuck is not possible that if the bits are suitably positioned. The expansion of the chuck releases the pin (hook) of Tiltmatic.
