With highly dynamic linear drives in all axes the HSC 75 linear achieves accelerations up to 2 g and rapid traverses up to 90 m/min, which is reflected in a productivity increase of up to 20 percent. The highly stable gantry construction and the direct measuring systems, in conjunction with the highspeed 3D-control iTNC 530 by Heidenhain provide ultimate precision. Simultaneous 5-axis operation (optional) is another innovation, which is realized by a swivel axis in the spindle head and an NC-rotary table. The modular application range of the HSC 75 linear is completed by an optional automatic pallet changer for loading and unloading parallel to the production time, as well as a tool magazine with up to 120 pockets.
