GMC 20 | The CNC evolution of the GM series with a setup time reduction of up to 65%

With the GMC 20, the CNC Multi Spindle Series from GILDEMESTER Italiana now contains a machine with one CPU, 10 CNC channels, and up to 31 CNC axes, which ensures maximum production capacity and minimal cycle times at very low investment costs. Five cross slides, six frontal slides – as well as two CNC slides for rear-sided machining – deliver maximum flexibility and allow the manufacturing of complex work pieces with medium lot sizes. The new GMC 20 reaches a process capability (CpK) of 1.67 (in the h6 diameter) and lowers costs throughout machine service life per cycle considerably.
