The M5400 is the most effective diagnostic tool on the market for detecting mechanical problems in power transformers.
The Doble M5400 allows you to identify deviations and confirm internal mechanical problems, such as:
• Core movement
• Winding deformation and displacement
• Faulty core grounds
• Partial winding collapse
• Hoop buckling
• Broken or loosened clamping structures
• Shorted turns and open windings
The M5400 is the same as the M5300, but without the built-in PC, visual display, and laptop keyboard. The M5400 requires an external laptop for operation.
